Since working at an executive level in an industry largely controlled by men, she's become an activist for women's advancement who advocates their leadership to vastly improve economic growth worldwide. She holds a BS in Education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an MA in Communication Arts (Radio-TV-Film) from the University of Michigan.
