Velvet Goodbyes, Paperback

Velvet Goodbyes is an ode to days long gone-the laughter, and tears that filled them- as well as all the days to come. This poetry collection explores ideas of sadness, loss, progression, empowerment, and aspiration. It serves as a dedication to cherished memories, and new ones to be made as life continues to change.

Emily Curtis is a poet based in a small Maine town. Through her words she has blossomed into a confident author of two self-published poetry collections. She enjoys writing, reading Jane Austen novels, and drinking tea. Her writing serves as an outlet, a way to share her story, as well as the stories of others.
