A collection of over 100 Czech recipes, many that are from my Babi, (Grandmother) Alma Benesh, and have been passed down from generation to generation. LaVina's Czech heritage comes from both parents since both have ancestors that imigrated from Bohemia in the mid-1800's. She has included many recipes which list the family member that is responsible for making the dish a tradition.
