About the Author

Robbie Motter has been empowering women since 1976. She is the Founder/CEO of the Global Society for Female Entrepreneurs since 2017 and prior to that for 29 years as the NAFE regional coordinator and later becoming the Global coordinator, serving women all over the world. She formed GSFE, her nonprofit in 2017. The GSFE organization now has 15 chapters and virtual to appeal to those not quite ready for those dealing with post covid and/or in different countries or states that will truly benefit from the wisdom shared from dynamic speakers who choose to share knowledge from the "pay it forward" mentality. Her monthly speakers share from the heart. In January 2022, her organization will have 3 more chapters coming to fruition. Palm springs, California and Internationally the United Kingdom and Canada chapters. She has truly created an ever-growing sisterhood of women who aim to serve the greater good and recognize one another's potentials and strengths. It is no wonder why the expansion continues to grow. Each of her motivational speakers share in the same mentality of which she stands for, "Collaboration not competition". Her personal motto has always been "We are here to help one another achieve success personally and professionally without personal recognition or gain," as that is the mission statement of the organizations she has been associated with and is involved with.
