Bernardo Fernández, aka Bef, is a writer and graphic designer. He has published the novels Ojos de lagarto, Gel azul, Tiempo de alacranes (which won the Mexican novel prize Otra Vuelta de Tuerca and the Memorial Silverio Cańada prize for best first crime novel), and the graphic novels Monorama 1 and Monorama 2. His works have been translated into many languages.
