The time of the American Civil War, the war between the states, has been a favorite since Liz was in high school. She has read historical books and historical fiction on this loved subject. With her research, writing, puzzling, teaching, and traveling, Liz has toured many of the Civil War battlegrounds. Liz has a master's degree in education and the equivalent of half a master's degree with two years of archaeology and anthropology.
