"Perry & Perky's Fun-Filled Adventures" contains ten delightful five-minute stories about Perry, a resourceful pygmy-possum, and Perky, an adventurous quokka. All stories contain subtle life lessons. They are primarily designed to be read to children up to seven years of age but older children who are good readers may enjoy reading them too. Synopsis: Perry the pygmy-possum wakes up after several weeks--which he calls his torpor-time--to find that the land where he lives has been cleared. He's all alone and he sets out to find a friend. He meets Perky, an adventurous quokka, and together they travel anywhere and everywhere by train, aeroplane, brumby, truck, motor bike, ship and spaceship, enjoying life and making a difference wherever there is an opportunity to do so.
